The NRG-X Dock™ features an advanced automated battery swapping system designed for continuous drone operation with zero human interaction.

Each docking station can identify, remove, and replace a depleted battery in under 60 seconds, using a robotic mechanism guided by LIDAR and vision-based alignment with ±3 mm precision.

The dock holds up to 4–6 fully charged batteries, enabling 24/7 autonomous missions without the need for manual recharging.

It supports 6S to 12S Li-ion/NMC battery packs, and each unit is rated for over 1,000,000 swap cycles, ensuring long-term durability and low maintenance.

Ideal for applications in agriculture, surveillance, security, and industrial monitoring, this system minimizes downtime and maximizes operational efficiency in any environment.

Intelligent Diagnostics and Maintenance

The NRG-X system continuously monitors all critical drone and dock parameters in real time, using onboard sensors and remote diagnostics.

Through AI-powered analysis, it detects anomalies, predicts failures, and automatically schedules maintenance — reducing unexpected downtimes and increasing system reliability.

The platform offers detailed performance reports, thermal monitoring, battery health tracking, and error logging via a secure backend dashboard.

By enabling predictive maintenance instead of reactive interventions, NRG-X extends the operational life of key components and ensures mission-critical readiness 24/7.

Perfectly suited for enterprise fleets and autonomous drone networks, this system keeps operations efficient, safe, and proactive.

The NRG-X Dock™ supports automated liquid refilling for compatible UAV payloads, enabling uninterrupted missions involving spraying, cleaning, or decontamination.

Using a precision valve system and refill sensors, the station safely fills tanks with high accuracy, minimizing waste and human intervention.

Each refill cycle takes under 90 seconds, with flow rate and tank levels monitored in real time.

The dock is compatible with various liquid payload modules and can be customized for agricultural, environmental, or industrial applications.

This capability allows for fully autonomous multi-mission deployment, reducing turnaround time and maximizing operational efficiency in the field.

The NRG-X Dock™ is built with a modular architecture that simplifies deployment across diverse environments — from urban rooftops and industrial sites to remote or mobile locations.

Each unit is delivered in pre-assembled modules, allowing for rapid on-site setup with minimal infrastructure and no specialized tools.

The dock supports both fixed and mobile installation formats, and its compact footprint makes it easy to integrate into existing facilities or standalone networks.

Scalability is built in: multiple units can be networked for fleet-wide coordination, data sharing, and centralized control.

This plug-and-play approach ensures fast rollout, reduced installation costs, and flexibility for expansion as mission demands evolve.
